ESS is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to support our Energy Warehouse product line. This position will report to the Sr.

Director of Product Management. This role is critical to the success of the organization and requires a motivated and dedicated individual with a product-focused mentality to integrate all near and long term technical and product development initiatives into a cohesive product strategy and go-to-market plan for sustainable growthWhat youll do at ESS.

• Create and maintain a product roadmap for the Energy Warehouse (EW)* Recommend pricing for the EW, including optional packages, and track costs as they evolve over time* Maintain a library of competitive information and adjust product strategy to suit* In concert with program management, drive successful programs through ensuring organizational alignment and definition of relevant, meaningful product requirements* Develop deep knowledge of issues and perspective key decisions with the executive team* Plan and lead execution of product and solution launches* Become a trusted partner of other internal teams, including engineering, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure organizational product alignment and cross-company communications.
• Collaborate with key 3rd party partnerships to ensure ESSs customers receive an integrated, tuned solution that meets their needs* Own migrating product roadmap within approved timelines using approved strategies (e.

What you bring to the Table.Minimum requirements : * Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or the equivalent combination of experience and education.

• Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and influence positively a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Minimum 5 years experience in product management or similar fields.* Understanding of battery energy storage system applications and operational strategies a plus.
• Able to travel up to 20% of the time to international and domestic locations, as needed, per project.* Strong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills.
• Able to wear a variety of protective equipment as required by safety procedures and regulations.Wed love to see : * Demonstrated success in product management roles in any of the following fields is preferred : Battery energy storage systems, fuel cells, etc.
• Electric utility based B2B products PV systems and solutions for commercial customers Large scale system (hardware, firmware, or software) integration.
