Product Design Director manages and coordinates design, development, and enhancement of new and existing products/product lines. Evaluates and ensures design feasibility and design optimization. Being a Product Design Director assists in the determination of project milestones and timelines. Ensures team meets project milestones and completes projects within the established timeline. Additionally, Product Design Director evaluates issues, provides resolution, and communicates to management. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Product Design Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Product Design Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. This part time associate produces, bottles / packages, and samples fresh items (Juice, Tortilla, Pineapple) within a Sams Club location.
The Juice Barista is an active and physical role that is fast paced, constant motion, and regular customer interaction.
Responsibilities
Preparing oranges, operating the juicing machine, and packaging the product for purchase
Maintaining and cleaning the juicing machine and other program items
Ensuring compliance with all food safety requirements
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age
Weekends (Friday-Sunday) preferred; holidays & weekday work available
Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on days worked
The ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and push or pull a large commercial juicing machine
The ability to stand, bend, kneel, walk, and move to perform the event for the entire shift
We welcome applicants without a high school or college degree, have no experience or are returning to the workforce and / or have military experience.
We provide comprehensive online and / or on-the-job training to get you working quickly.
Work Environment
Moderate to high noise levels associated with a retail grocery warehouse environment. Exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning chemicals
