Product Design Director manages and coordinates design, development, and enhancement of new and existing products/product lines. Evaluates and ensures design feasibility and design optimization. Being a Product Design Director assists in the determination of project milestones and timelines. Ensures team meets project milestones and completes projects within the established timeline. Additionally, Product Design Director evaluates issues, provides resolution, and communicates to management. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Product Design Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Product Design Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Customer service, Food handling, bartender, server, cashier, stocker, demonstrator, brand ambassador, or brand advocate experience is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities Engaging customers to communicate key points about products. Ensuring compliance with food safety requirements while preparing samples (cook, process, plate, serve).
Working with the team to achieve sales goals for the products. Qualifications Must be 16 years of age (Alcohol and Production requires 18 ) Weekends (Friday-Sunday) preferred;
holidays & weekday work available Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on days worked The ability to safely use appliances (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate) The ability to stand to perform the event for the duration of the event We welcome applicants without a high school or college degree, have no experience or are returning to the workforce and / or have military experience.
We provide comprehensive online and / or on-the-job training to get you working quickly. Work Environment Moderate to high noise levels associated with a retail grocery warehouse environment.
