Lang's Garden is presently looking for a self-starter looking to build a career around bringing spaces to life.

This specific role will be on the retail leadership team reporting to the Director of Nursery Operations to help build out the Lang's Way, a playbook on how to service our customer's by exceeding their retail expectations.

Direct responsibilities will include:

• Opening and closing the retail store
• Advocate and trainer of the Lang’s culture and core values
• Helping to build out core processes on daily, weekly, and monthly cadence
• Holding sales staff accountable for following core processes
• Assisting in the execution of sales meetings
• Understanding and continuing to learn plant material and plant solutions
• Serve customers
• Assist in onboarding new employees
• Assist in providing merchandising ideas and solutions

What would make you qualified?

• Deep interest in plants
• Experience in garden centers would be preferred for management
• Self starter who like to learn and improve systems
• Interested in architecture, plant design, home decor, and the beautification of spaces
• Previous retail experience or direct garden center experience

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
