UX Product Design Lead

The UX Product Design Lead will play a crucial role in creating user-centered designs that seamlessly blend functionality, aesthetics, and innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate them into intuitive and engaging design solutions, and ensure a consistent and delightful user experience across our SaaS products. What We’re Looking For

User-Centered Design:

• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Translate user research findings into customer journey maps as well as actionable design solutions that improve usability and user satisfaction.

Interaction and Visual Design:

• Design intuitive user interfaces, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Create visually appealing designs that adhere to branding guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.

Collaborative Ideation:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and contribute to product ideation.
• Participate in design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts.

Usability Testing:

• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results to continuously enhance user experiences.

Design Documentation:

• Prepare and present design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications, to communicate design concepts to development teams.

Accessibility and Responsive Design:

• Ensure designs are accessible to a diverse user base and compatible with different devices and screen sizes.
• Stay updated on best practices for accessibility and inclusive design.

Design Trends and Innovation:

• Stay current with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
• Develop Design Org frameworks and systems. Educate designers on best practices.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (6 years) as a UX Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles, interaction design, visual design aesthetics and design systems.
• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and prototyping.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for AI technology and an eagerness to contribute innovative design solutions to enhance user experiences.
