JSI is seeking a dynamic, creative, and collaborative Product Design Manager to join our team who will focus on developing and implementing a product strategy that aligns with the business objectives of the JSI brand. This role is an integral part of Marketing’s Product & Design Team, supporting and partnering with many cross-functional areas of the organization to work on a diverse range of product launch initiatives.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for seeking and leveraging design trends, market research, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product design, innovation, and improvement. You will work to establish design direction and scope for new product initiatives, communicate that to the broader development team, and collaborate throughout the R&D and Implementation phases of new product launches.
Communication and collaboration is a key component of this role. Management of multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment is also crucial. Occasional travel is involved in this role, particularly in connecting to the dealer and A&D communities, researching design trends though shows abroad and domestic, and preparing for industry shows, events and showroom initiatives.
