Location: Bedford, MA; Hybrid

This Role:

The Product Manager will organize product development and ensure high ROI. This position will translate ideas into strategy and features and follow product development from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and results and serve as “voice of the customer” for internal and external customers
• Assist to build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
• Work with Business Analysts and Software Development leaders to define Epics and Features and to set priorities  
• Work with Senior Product Manager or Director Product Management to Identify meaningful and industry leading functionality and opportunities
• Define and manage a strategy for product suites
• Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and others to shape requirements, features and end products
• Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
• Prioritize backlogs, organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule
• Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision
• Comply with all State and Federal Laws regarding an effective Compliance Program inclusive of HIPAA Privacy and Security

Required:

• BS or BA in Computer Science٫ Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or other related area.
• 3 years' experience of working as a Product Manager or other relevant position
• Experience in product lifecycle management and working in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes, requirements, and standards

Preferred:

• Background in software development and program management is preferred
