Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products within the promotional industry.
Idea Generation: Collaborate with team members to generate innovative ideas for new promotional products, considering factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
Supplier Coordination: Liaise with external suppliers and manufacturers to source materials, obtain quotes, and oversee the production process, ensuring quality standards are met.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of product specifications, development progress, and supplier communications. Prepare regular reports for senior management to track project milestones and outcomes.
Qualifications:
This position is Hybrid, employee will need to report to the office located at 771 Indian Springs Road, Indiana PA at least 3x per week.
