Being a Product Development Manager coordinates with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure that new and existing products meet development targets and support the organization's financial goals. Develops teams with the knowledge and expertise to fulfill product development objectives. Additionally, Product Development Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.   • RPK Development Corp. is seeking a full-time On-Site Property Manager for a 120-unit apartment community (100% tax credit) in the city of Riverside.

    The ideal candidate will have managerial, leasing and tax credit experience and is customer-service oriented.

    Must be able to handle all tenant issues in a professional manner.

    Duties:

    • Meets and greets prospective and current residents.
    • Conducts the annual recertification for all residents in accordance with Company and tax credit guidelines.
    • Interacts with current and prospective residents.
    • Inspects models and “market-ready” vacancies to ensure cleanliness.
    • Fosters a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, communities and associated agencies.
    • Handles all aspects of leasing including, but not limited to touring, accepting and processing applications, phones, call backs and thank you cards.
    • Prepares correspondence such as rent charges, eviction notices, collections, etc. to be submitted to Supervisor for approval.
    • Completes tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.
    • Conducts unit inspections.
    • Maintains the safety and security of the apartment community at all times.
    • Daily reports.
    • All other duties assigned by Supervisor.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' Tax Credit experience
    • Professional with both tenants, peers and management
    • Yardi Voyager experience required
    • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
    • Basic math proficiency required
    • Outstanding customer service skills
    • Highly motivated and able to work independently
    • Excellent organizational skills; attention to details, strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Works patiently, professionally and cooperatively with future and current residents, providing exceptional customer service at all times
    • Preserves and respects resident and applicant confidentiality
