As a part of the product team the product marketing analyst will be responsible for helping to drive KPIs (key performance indicators) of each product within our suite of products such as daily active users, new app downloads, etc. This will include working with the product team to strategize on how to achieve certain product goals and aspirations including product branding and messaging. Specifically this role will entail managing and creating content for our product social media accounts and posts including product related blog posts, twitter posts, youtube videos. Additionally, they will be responsible for reporting to the product team on success metrics of outbound product marketing communications and work with product management to optimize marketing outreach. They will also be responsible for creating product website content and executing on the SEO strategy developed with product management. 

• Product KPI monitoring and reporting

• Product Social Media content Strategist and creator
• Reviewing success metrics of marketing communications such as social media posts and focused on optimizing outreach of those posts
• SEO for our suite of products
• Gather customer / community feedback to help inform product marketing communications

• 2 years of marketing experience (product or general marketing)
• 1 year of social media marketing communications
• Strong interest in the crypto space
• Ability to sympathize with product users
• Ability to communicate product changes to customers in an understandable and effective way through website content, social media posts, blog posts, and youtube content
• Ability to write product marketing material with the product brand strategy/voice in an eloquent and articulate manner
• Ability to review, monitor, and report on success metrics of outbound communication
• Ability to work with product team to optimize outreach of outbound communication based on success metrics
• Ability to work with product team to execute on SEO for suite of products
• Ability to monitor and report on product KPIs
