Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As our Service Product Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with Product Managers and BSU Service Managers within the PRO Division in researching and defining serviceability requirements and new service offerings within new product development programs.
You will participate as a representative of PRO Service in selected product development. You will also provide support and liaison with the Product Managers, SBU Service Managers, and Global Service Team in management of Standard Service Products, Bundles, and Global Service Products.
Additionally, you will participate in new product development programs to ensure an effective product launch to our service channels and customers.
This role will also include managing the development of stand-alone service products, including all aspects of market research, requirements definition, product development, and product launch.
The role will also entail managing service marketing programs, in collaboration with PRO Divisional marketing and SBU marketing teams, for execution by our Marketing Organizations.
Additional duties will include helping to define and manage programs for enhancement of service tools, production and analysis of service quality and performance data and reports, and creation of tools and guidelines for service sales and operations.
Specification and plan will address the market and business requirements elaborated in the business case.
Product and Program Development- Managing in cooperation with the Divisional Service Champion the development of and launch;
support, sales, marketing, and delivery materials and processes for new service products and programs. This will require field-based work for deploying and training.
Market Research- Researching and documenting market requirements for new service products and programs and for product serviceability improvements and solutions.
Collaborating in developing a business case for new service offerings, programs, and product features.
Marketing Programs- Proving guidance and input for the development and delivery of marketing materials, content, and campaigns, Analyzing and reporting on marketing program effectiveness.
