The product specialist at LUTZE Inc. is a customer facing product expert for wire & cable, cable assemblies and related accessories. The role is supporting our sales team with technical expertise by providing application and product knowledge, helping to select the right product for the application, advising on code and installation practices and offering solutions to customer problems. The product specialist also listens to customer concerns, provides helpful information, and ensures customer satisfaction through positive interactions.
The PS must be able to suggest additional products or services to customers, thereby increasing revenue and fostering repeat business.
All activities are focused on supporting the sales effort while staying focused on the company’s product roadmap objectives. The position is part of the product management team and reports to the Product Manager.
