About the role:
Product Specialists at Parabola work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives and Launch Managers to help prospects and customers reach their goals. They will help execute on the overall customer strategy by helping answer customer questions, quickly unblocking them as they build their Flows, and enabling all users on the full capabilities of our product.
The Product Specialist role is highly cross-functional, collaborating closely with our Sales, Launch, Product, and Marketing teams. You are the company’s eyes and ears when it comes to our customers’ experience and how we can continue to improve it. Each day will be dynamic, interfacing with many different companies, people, and challenges. It’s a role that’s designed to equip you with deep knowledge of our customers and our product which will set you up for success in careers within our Launch, Post Sales, and Product teams.
About you:
You are empathetic and solving the challenges of your customers and their businesses is what fuels you to do your best work. You are naturally curious and love learning about new industries, technologies, and use cases and love the feeling of having helped solve a complex problem. You’re comfortable with data and have direct experience working in SQL, Excel, and/or other data analytics tools. Most importantly, you love to roll up your sleeves and pride yourself on your “figure it out and get it done” mentality. You execute quickly without sacrificing quality and juggle different priorities in a clear and organized way.

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000
This salary range represents the minimum and maximum for this role based in San Francisco. The salary given for this position is dependent on multiple factors, including years of experience, interview performance and anticipated responsibilities of the role. Our base salary is one component of Parabola’s competitive total package, which also includes equity and premium health and wellness benefits.
