    Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers with their vehicle shopping process.
    • Present vehicle options by explaining their features, characteristics and capabilities. Compare competitive models and help customers with their vehicle selection.
    • Enhance sales experience by demonstrating the vehicle model options and features. Must maintain knowledge of products and services.
    • Conduct vehicle test drives complying with rules of the road.
    • Prospect daily for potential customers and maintain rapport with previous customers for repeat business.
    • Attend sales meetings and training as required.
    • Adhere to company processes, policies and procedures.
    • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
    • Maintains a professional appearance

    Vehicle Sales Qualifications:

    • Previous customer service experience preferred. Sales experience of any type is a plus!
    • Strong commitment to provide great customer service!
    • Valid driver’s license. Must be insurable on company insurance policy.
    • Bi-lingual - Spanish & English preferred
    • Professional appearance and demeanor required.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, in-person and over the phone. Ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
    • Persistent, competitive and good work ethic.
    • Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
    • High School diploma or equivalent is required.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
