Summary/Objective
The Customer Account Representative manages rental accounts and meets company account management goals and expectations by collecting on current and past due accounts while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. This role positively impacts customer growth and revenue through sales activities, account management, and providing total customer satisfaction. The Customer
Account Representative accomplishes these in a way that is consistent with the RAC mission statement and core values.
Essential Functions

Account Maintain accurate records of customer account activity, to include current
Management: and past due accounts
Deliveries & Proper moving and handling to load/unload truck, or other vehicle, per policy
Pick-ups: to safely protect coworker and merchandise
Company provided vehicle as assigned
Sales: Greet and assist customers on the sales floor Obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone

Showroom and Refurbish merchandise to like new condition
Backroom Keep showroom, backroom, and all store areas neat, clean and organized, areas: including vacuuming, dusting, and handling household cleaning materials

Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position (approximately 38 – 40 hours), and days and hours of work are Monday through Saturday, store open to close hours. Schedules and hours per week/overtime work may change throughout the year as dictated by management and business needs.
