Job Purpose

We are actively seeking a Graphic Designer and Production Artist to join our growing team! As a Designer and Production Artist, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality, visually appealing designs and graphics that meet the needs of our clients and our internal marketing and creative teams. You will work closely with designers, art directors, and other members of our creative team to produce final designs for use in a variety of media, including print, digital, and social media.

What we expect of you:

• Design and produce high-quality, visually appealing graphics and designs that meet the needs of our clients and internal teams.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the creative team, including designers, art directors, and project managers, to produce final designs that meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Use industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite, to produce designs for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social media.
• Ensure that all designs meet both ours and our client's brand guidelines and are consistent with ours and our client's brand identity.
• Adapt designs for different media and platforms, ensuring that they are optimized for each format.
• Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing your time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with other members of the team to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts for projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and bring new ideas and techniques to the team.
• Be open to feedback and be able to make revisions to designs as required.
• Have excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all designs are accurate and free of errors before they are released.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a graphic production artist or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong design skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Creativity and problem solving skills.
• Able to accurately discern colors.
• Self-discipline.
• The ability to work independently.
• Print design experience preferred.
• Familiarity with web design and social media platforms is a plus.
