Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and administrative tasks, with proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. This role involves managing accounts receivable and payable, processing payroll, reconciling financial transactions, and providing essential clerical support to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivable, including credit card payments, online bank deposits, and issuance of invoices and statements to collect outstanding balances.
• Assist with weekly payroll processing.
• Record accounts payable by entering invoices and credits.
• Reconcile monthly credit card statements.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in accounting and administrative roles, with proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
• Bookkeeper certification preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and email software.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
