- Proficient in using precision measurement devices such as : Calipers and Micrometers
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience working in manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and instructions
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
