Production Assistant assists with coordinating the production of television or web broadcasts, shows, or videos. Monitors designated schedules and timelines to ensure each phase of production stays on track. Being a Production Assistant collaborates with technical specialists and operators for each production's camera, sound, and lighting. Helps with set-up and operation of production equipment such as consoles or teleprompter, and completes any miscellaneous tasks needed for production. Additionally, Production Assistant may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Production Assistant works under moderate supervision.     Here’s what the successful candidate will be doing:
    Providing physical assistance in the operation of our printing and direct mail equipment under the supervision of skilled operators on the production floor in all aspects of set up and operation of offset and digital press and direct mail equipment, including:
    • Moving pallets of raw materials and finished products,
    • Learning to run the various equipment in the Department,
    • Maintaining a clean and safe working area (including general housekeeping),
    • undertaking other duties as assigned.

    Skills and experience needed:
    • Punctual and reliable attendance,
    • Production, warehouse or pallet jack experience a plus,
    • eagerness to learn new skills in a fast-paced production facility,
    • Demonstrated concern for quality work and good housekeeping,
    • A willingness to work overtime as necessary,

    • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time,
