Job Description:
The Production Assistant will play a key role in supporting our construction projects by assisting with various tasks related to planning, coordination, and execution. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and learn from seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist production team with day-to-day operations and project management tasks.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Assist with site inspections, and quality control checks.
• Run material as needed to various jobsites.
• Help monitor project schedules, and resource allocation.
• Provide general support to project managers and field staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in construction, engineering, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. (Training provided)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.80 - $23.84 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
