POSITION SUMMARY:
The Cornerstone Production Assistant (P.A.) is an entry-level position that plays an essential role in assisting both the Production and Account Executive teams with the various tasks required to deliver world-class events to our clientele. What attributes do you need to be successful?
PRIMARY ASSIGNED DUTIES
The Cornerstone Production Assistant engages with the entire event cycle, including client meetings, pre-production planning, on-site event management, vendor relationships, and general tasks as assigned. While every event varies, the following list includes an overview of the types of activities you will be responsible for at Cornerstone:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: A high school diploma and relevant work experience are preferred.
Experience: One to two years of prior client-facing corporate event and project management experience is preferred.
Physical Demands: The P.A. position encompasses work performed in an office environment, which includes the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards, as well as on-site during actual events, which requires the employee to stand for extended periods and walk over large distances. Some lifting (up to 40 lbs.), carrying, pushing, and pulling is also required.
