Monitors designated schedules and timelines to ensure each phase of production stays on track. Being a Production Assistant collaborates with technical specialists and operators for each production's camera, sound, and lighting. Helps with set-up and operation of production equipment such as consoles or teleprompter, and completes any miscellaneous tasks needed for production. Additionally, Production Assistant may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Production Assistant works under moderate supervision. - Coordinate and route all invoices/documents to the Accounting Department.

- Support the reception desk and answer office phones as needed.
- Learn the Travel system and assist with employee travel arrangements.
- Help with special projects.
QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED- Dependable. This role is an important part of the team.
- Attention to detail. Strong organizational skills.
- Strong follow up.
- Polite and respectful in an office environment.
- Interest in learning and taking on new responsibilities.
- Efficient at data entry of invoices into excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
PREFERRED- Experience relevant to the job.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel and able to learn other Company systems/tools.
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment and familiarity with terminology helpful.
- Positive and professional attitude.
