Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bilingual Leasing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and marketing-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on available units

- Create marketing materials, flyers, social media posts, signs, and more for leasing

- Create new leasing strategies and ideas

- Process lease applications and renewals, ensuring all documentation is accurate

- Uphold compliance with Fair Housing regulations in all leasing activities

Skills:

- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to leasing

- Familiarity with leasing and marketing strategies

- Knowledge of Canva or other graphics software

- Bilingual Spanish and English

- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and their application in leasing processes

Pay and Hours:

$15 hour base pay plus commissions for every lease signed

10-20 hours contracual role for May-September
