Details for the position are as follows:Job Description:Partners closely with production manager and creative team to produce mechanical files, with all specifications needed for print and digital and deliver on time and on budget.Responsible for finishing and providing layouts and final mechanical files for print, environmental and interactive (web and digital).The job requires an understanding of design, excellent software skills, intimate knowledge brand standards and attention to detail.Champion the brand and assist with production of corporate template; maintain our online meeting and events material request system; prepare mechanicals and preflight files to ensure proper imaging for both print and digital; work closely with counterparts abroad to meet international production standards; provides assistance to creative team in order to meet deadlines by completing layouts and mechanicals.Maintain process related tools and systems for planning, scheduling and trafficking projects and managing digital assets; maintain proper file naming standards and server organization; systematically maintain and organize digital assets within server system; support all Divisional initiatives as identified by divisional management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements3 or more years in production with at least 2 years graphic design experienceAbility to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with extreme attention to detail; strong design and layout skills; strong working knowledge of print, digital and web mediums;Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (including Dreamweaver); comfortable working in HTML; proficient in the use Microsoft Office 2010; working knowledge of a digital asset management systems; self-motivated, organized and accountable.Strong working knowledge of print, digital and web mediums with proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat);Must be flexible and able to adapt to constant revisions and changes from senior management and clientsIf you are interested in hearing more about the position please respond to this posting with your resume attached or contact me at 813 444 9615.Please forward this email to any friends or colleagues as we do offer a Referral Bonus for any candidate hired.
