Production Control Clerk jobs in Riverside, CA

Galasso's Bakery, Mira Loma, CA, is looking for a Production Clerk. This position reports to the Production Superintendents and is responsible for general clerical duties and support to the production department.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday; start time 9:00 am.

Position Expectations:

· Consults with the production superintendent on a daily basis.

· Provides daily clerical support to the production team.

· Assists the department in preparing, distributing, and filing safety material and maintains safety tracking system.

· Processes timecard approvals and exceptions under the direction of management.

· Develops, prepares, and maintains various reports including analytical reports as assigned.

· Interacts with production employees on a daily basis.

Education, Skills and Knowledge Required:

· Minimum 2-3 years working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Ability to multi-task with attention to detail

· Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
