Production Control Clerk performs clerical tasks that support production control and ensure the efficient flow of materials required by production schedules. Monitors the inventory of parts, components, and raw materials and coordinates ordering, invoicing, and scheduling with vendors. Being a Production Control Clerk tracks status of customer orders and production schedules to identify issues or delays and coordinates with stakeholders to expedite orders and resolve problems. Inputs and maintains production data in ERP, MRP, or other databases. Additionally, Production Control Clerk requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager. The Production Control Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and word processing
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Schedule hearings
- Prepare and organize court files
- Attend court hearings
- Collaborate with attorneys and other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and terminology is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in word processing software and other office applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
