It's building relationships with customers and educating them about how to reduce their pest problems in their homes or businesses. Prior experience is not a requirement. We offer comprehensive training programs that incorporate classroom and on-the-job learning to ensure you have all the knowledge necessary to perform the job at the highest level possible. Service Technicians conduct inspections, give estimates/sale service plans, treat/correct pest problems by applying product, baiting & monitoring and communicating regularly with our trainer, sales manager and office personnel to ensure top quality customer service. All sales/service technicians at Gibson Pest Control will be expected attend a state issued Registered Technician class and successfully pass a state certified applicators exam. A high school diploma/GED, great communication skills, stable work history and a genuine desire to start a long lasting career in the Pest Control Industry. Gibson Pest Control requires a background check, drug testing and a valid drivers license. All applicants who receive an invitation to interview for this position will be expected to attend a formal interview at our office with our Owner & General Manager.
