The Director of Gas Production has responsibilities including but not limited to gas production management, asset management, cylinder maintenance; Air Separation Unit (ASU) operations; and cryogenic services. Problem solving includes technical expertise across medical, industrial, and specialty gases, including their distribution. Role involves comprehensive operational direction, complex root-cause analysis, and regulatory compliance. Impact includes potential for significant regulatory, operational, legal, reputational and safety implications. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Direct all fill plant activities, including but not limited to filling operations, cylinder and location maintenance, Air Separation Units and safety.Responsible for all processes and procedures related to gas operations.Responsible for optimizing cylinder asset utilization and management at fill plant locationsDirect and support all gas filling operationsDrive efficiency and safety improvement at all gas filling operationsOversee Air Separation Plant Operations.
