Position summary:

Coordinate and manage the advancement and standardization of plant management methods.

Monitor all plants status and help improve their situation to achieve their targets.

Collect and analyze monthly data submission to drive continual improvement.

Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience: :

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent 4 years work experience in this field.
• Knowledgeable of the LEAN manufacturing methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual speaker, Japanese and English (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to travel both domestically and internationally.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

• Monitor all plants efficiency w/ PCI Index and analyze difference between Target and Actual
• Lead standardized control and management methods to all plants
• Ensure all plants follow PCI, OEE and In-house calculation methods, properly
• Facilitate improvement in efficiency and profitability of all plants and create methods for continuous improvement
• Create monthly PCI status reports for the RDMM and SP meetings
• Support New Model Evaluation as needed
• Support the achievement of the business plan objectives
• Other duties as assigned
