Production Control Director manages the overall strategic and tactical production control planning, scheduling, flow of materials, and monitoring to achieve goals and objectives for delivery dates, output quality, volume, cost, and optimization. Oversees scheduling and the development of methods to allocate and control resources and materials effectively. Being a Production Control Director establishes monitoring tools and processes to identify and plan for problems with waste, inefficiencies, and inventory in production operations. Recommends improvements to production technology and processes. Additionally, Production Control Director collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective planning methodologies and best practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Control Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Production Control Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     We are looking for an individual to grow and manage the territory consisting of Sumter, Hernando, and Citrus counties. This is a full-time position.

    Position Summary:

    This position interacts with their Territory Manager to respond to requests for services for both commercial and residential properties.

    Services include but are not limited to the following:

    · Trapping & removal

    · Exclusion & preventative services

    · Wildlife damage repair

    · Population management/IPM

    Qualifications:

    We go where the wildlife goes! Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties:

    · Using a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity of 275 lbs.

    · Lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs.

    · Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.

    · Ability to work in various weather conditions

    · Certified Pest Control Operators License strongly preferred

    Further Requirements:

    · High School Diploma required

    · Customer Service experience is preferred

    · Service, general labor or construction experience is preferred but not required

    · We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $600.00 - $1,500.00 per week
