Production Control Director manages the overall strategic and tactical production control planning, scheduling, flow of materials, and monitoring to achieve goals and objectives for delivery dates, output quality, volume, cost, and optimization. Oversees scheduling and the development of methods to allocate and control resources and materials effectively. Being a Production Control Director establishes monitoring tools and processes to identify and plan for problems with waste, inefficiencies, and inventory in production operations. Recommends improvements to production technology and processes. Additionally, Production Control Director collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective planning methodologies and best practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Control Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Production Control Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing effective pest control solutions. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of pest control techniques and the ability to work independently.Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
- Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
- Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on the specific needs of each property
- Use a variety of pest control methods, including chemical treatments, traps, and exclusion techniques
- Apply pesticides in accordance with state regulations and safety guidelines
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary
- Provide recommendations to clients on how to prevent future pest problems
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperworkSkills:
- Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with common pests and their behaviors
- Ability to drive to various locations to perform inspections and treatments
- Sales skills to effectively communicate with clients and upsell additional services
- Knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance is a plus
