Being a Production Control Director establishes monitoring tools and processes to identify and plan for problems with waste, inefficiencies, and inventory in production operations. Recommends improvements to production technology and processes. Additionally, Production Control Director collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective planning methodologies and best practices. Requires a bachelor's degree.
