PROCESSING DEPARTMENT
- Oversee performance of all plating and preparation personnel
- Participate in daily production meetings
- Oversee that processes are performed pursuant to the Customer Statement of Work
- Verify First Article inspection results
- Oversee maintenance of process equipment
- Review Process training and audit requirements
MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY DEPARTMENT
- Review the daily and monthly facility inspection with required documentation
- Schedule and participate in building and equipment maintenance
- Plan and carry out safety training and drills
LABORATORY DEPARTMENT
- Interface with the Lab and Processing Departments for chemical solutions issues
- Oversee monthly testing schedules for timely results
ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
- Review requirements for document control
- Supervise invoice and certification preparation
- Oversee requirements for document completion and retention
- Review software program training and support
- Participate in customer service and marketing requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in production management, quality management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
