SUMMARY
The Production Manager directs the site manufacturing, tooling and maintenance operations through a team of functional managers and supervisors. The position ensures increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials, machines and facility(s).

Requirements:EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE
This position requires a four year Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or a minimum of ten years of experience in a manufacturing organization; a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
