The Toll Production Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all toll manufacturing processes with the Advanced Fibers & Composites supply chain to be inclusive of fiber and composite material production. The Toll Production Leader interfaces closely with the Toll Manufacturing Scheduling team. with a particular focus on compliance, quality and production. This is a diverse role within the scope of 3rd party manufacturing (tolling), and the main purpose of this role is to always keep the Advanced Fibers & Composites supply risk to a minimum. The TPM is a key representative of AF&C and an intermediary with 3rd Party Manufacturers. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance of tollers with Honeywell’s HS&E and quality requirements and with regulatory, contractual, and financial frameworks. He/she will maintain a tolling supply base delivering production flexibility and reliability at a competitive total cost and will coordinate and consult the different Honeywell functions on tolling and toller related topics, acting as a single key point of contact at a managerial level. He she will support the regional and global manufacturing strategy, business priorities and budget targets.
