Production Control Manager manages the day-to-day tactical production control planning, scheduling, flow of materials, and monitoring to achieve goals and objectives for delivery dates, output quality, volume, cost, and optimization. Oversees scheduling and the development of methods to allocate and control resources and materials effectively. Being a Production Control Manager establishes monitoring tools and processes to identify and plan for problems with waste, inefficiencies, and inventory in production operations. Recommends improvements to production technology and processes. Additionally, Production Control Manager collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective planning methodologies and best practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Production Control Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Production Control Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Responsibilities

    We are seeking a detail-oriented WDO Service Manager with outstanding leadership abilities to support our teams in the field. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Our goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction. The sales coordinator will play an integral role in ensuring a smooth interface between the Sales Team and the Shipping/Warehouse team.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Oversee the activities of the Monitor Technicians, Termite Repair Technicians, and Sales Inspectors.
    • Skillfully prices, schedules and evaluates jobs and quality assurance programs.
    • Performs other administrative tasks including ordering equipment and supplies, compiling and submitting a variety of reports, and calling clients with call-backs and stopped service.
    • Will perform WDO control services on commercial and residential accounts when necessary.
    • Responsible for properly accounting for company funds received or spent during the course of everyday business activities.
    • Coordinates activities with WDO secretary and other branch personnel.
    • Responsible for overseeing that equipment is being maintained and vehicles are in clean condition.
    • Responsible for hiring and terminating of employees and/or assisting the Branch Manager in doing so.

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Need

    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Performance driven with a high level of accountability
    • Valid driver's license required
    • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid)
    • Ability to work in the field and manage route-based assignments
