Job Duties :
As a Production Specialist, your role involves :
Sorting, inspecting, and stocking donated items.Pricing items and putting them on the sales floor.Prioritize safety and follow Agency safety policies.
Collaborate with supervisors to meet individual production goals.
Minimum Qualifications :
Possess basic mathematical and literacy skills necessary for the job.Be open to working a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Successfully pass a criminal background check that meets Agency standards.
Preferred Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.Previous experience or certification in light manufacturing, processing, or warehouse work is a plus.
Prior experience in thrift or used goods processing is a plus.
