We are Hiring Production Operators in McAllen TX!

Pay: $11.50-$12/hr. paid weekly 

Schedule: 1st & 2nd shift available, schedules options vary – let us help you find a fit! 

Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced production environment, primarily focused on inspecting cardboard materials.
• Execute tasks efficiently and accurately according to established procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Flexibility to work OT as needed.
• Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
