Production Employee

The Production Employee is responsible for various tasks related to the manufacturing, processing, and packaging the capsule’s products, including ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met while maintaining production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Food Processing: Operate and monitor food processing equipment to prepare food products according to recipes and specifications.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and report any deviations or issues promptly.
• Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Follow sanitation procedures and guidelines to prevent contamination.
• Ingredient Handling: Measure and weigh ingredients accurately for recipes. Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to prevent spoilage or contamination.
• Packaging: Operate packaging machinery and assemble, label, and package food products. Ensure correct labeling and sealing of packages.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing personal equipment and following safety procedures.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies. Report shortages and assist in maintaining adequate stock levels.
• Documentation: Complete production and quality control logs, batch records, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Regulations: Follow food safety regulations and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in production environment
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Knowledge of food production methods and techniques
• Ability to lift and move heavy items
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior GMP experience is preferred
