  • Netflix is the world's leading internet entertainment service with over 250 million members in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, documentaries and feature films across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can watch as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, on any internet-connected screen. Members can play, pause and resume watching, all without commercials or commitments.

Production Finance Engineering is responsible for building tools and technologies that enables Netflix to plan and spend our members' money effectively across hundreds of titles that are produced and launched every year. It all starts with creating a budget on how we want to spend the money on a title. From that point onwards, we track every dollar spent on the title by ingesting huge volumes of production accounting data and helping keep the production cost on track. The need to improve production economics is at the core of making Netflix a differentiator amongst its competitors and the work we do as part of this team is critical in making that happen.

We're looking for an Engineering Manager who can create a strong vision and viable roadmap as well as build and lead a team of world class software engineers. In this role you will optimize workflows across various aspects of Content Accounting and Financial reporting. You will help the team overcome technical challenges that come with the ever increasing volume and complexity of our productions -- all while maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of our financial data.
