Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Production Engineering Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Production Engineering Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor (also known as Quality Control Supervisor, Quality Systems Manager), you'll supervise and maintain the plant's Quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory, federal, and local laws. You'll be responsible for identifying and achieving facility Quality KPI's through appropriate corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also support the site auditing control program, train and mentor the QA and Production team, and ensure compliance to Golden Rules and other Quality principles.
