Production Engineering Supervisor jobs in Kansas City, MO

As an Aseptic Production Manager (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Department Head), you'll manage and direct the activities of the aseptic production department, ensuring product safety, quality, and throughput. You'll collaborate with various departments to create production schedules, maintain quality standards, and develop measures to improve production methods and equipment performance. You'll also provide direction to supervisors on team member coaching and development, and partner with Human Resources for recruitment, corrective actions, and terminations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related vocational studies. Master's Degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience in Aseptic Field or similar manufacturing environment. 10 years preferred.
• 4 years of experience managing people/projects. 6 years preferred.
• Understanding of aseptic production processes and controls.
• Food processing experience in an aseptic manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate functional and technical knowledge of the aseptic process.
