The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the roofing, siding, decking or gutter industry, possessing expertise in estimating, project management, and subcontractor coordination. They will play a pivotal role in overseeing project production, ensuring accuracy in estimates, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Estimating:**
- Utilize industry knowledge and Xactimate software to accurately estimate roofing projects. - Collaborate with sales representatives to understand project requirements and provide detailed estimates.
- Review measurements, specifications, and site conditions to determine project scope and materials needed.
2. **Project Management:**
- Plan and schedule projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to procure materials and services necessary for project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
3. **Insurance Claims:**
- Assist clients in navigating insurance claims processes related to storm damage.
- Prepare and submit documentation required for insurance claims, including estimates, photographs, and reports.
4. **Team Leadership:**
