We are looking for a highly motivated team player to serve as Production Manager. This position will develop production schedules in a fast-paced ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and maintain daily and weekly production schedules and goals, utilizing lean manufacturing principles.
· Develop workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality while maintaining ISO 9001 standards.
· Set productivity goals for each manufacturing department.
· Communicate effectively with all team members.
· Motivate, support and provide guidance to production staff.
