Piranha Hose Products, A Kuriyama Group Company, located in Cadillac, Michigan, is a leading manufacturer of thermoplastic, high pressure hoses. We are looking for a highly motivated team player to serve as Production Manager. This position will develop production schedules in a fast-paced ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and maintain daily and weekly production schedules and goals, utilizing lean manufacturing principles.

· Develop workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality while maintaining ISO 9001 standards.

· Set productivity goals for each manufacturing department.

· Communicate effectively with all team members.

· Motivate, support and provide guidance to production staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Business or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge using MRP software as well as Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
