Production Manager jobs in Tucson, AZ

We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

Responsibilities:

• Be at the yard first thing in the morning before everyone else gets there
• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel; communicate the scope and provide work order to the foreman
• Ensure crew members follow scope of work and keep jobsite clean
• Communicate to the Homeowner the day-to-day progress, scheduling, and when the job is complete.
• Communicate to the salesperson when the job is complete
• Place production orders from customers
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions; document extra materials needed
• Schedule other trades during the same period when roof is being completed or immediately after
• Ensure quality of all trades
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment, general construction
• Clean record/good standing drivers license
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably bilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Extended hours
