Our client is seeking a Production Manager for their small-scale chemical plant in the Akron area. You will oversee the plant in all capacities from production, logistics, personnel, safety, and quality.

Production Manager Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary between $85-$95k plus bonus potential
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Family-feel atmosphere

Production Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline
• At least five years of industry experience
• Valid driver's license

Production Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of production to ensure safety, quality,and profitability
• Financial responsibility of plant
• Inventory management
• Safety responsibilities
• Personnel management
• Oversight of all quality aspects
• Logistics oversight
