Rico Manufacturing has a full-time position in our Paint Shop.

Job Essentials:

• Mixes, stirs, and thins paint or other coatings, using spatula or power mixing equipment.
• Pours paint into spray gun and sprays specified amount of primer, decorative or finish coating onto prepared surfaces.
• Removes accessories from trucks, such as covers, and masks other surfaces with tape or paper.
• Meet established Production and Quality goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including, cleaning, and priming.
• Select and mix paint colors to achieve desired results.
• Apply paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other painting equipment.
• Apply labels and decals working from photos that are supplied

• Work Independently
• Maintain acceptable attendance.
