Production Painter operates a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products. Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results. Being a Production Painter completes finishing with baking, polishing or other materials. Follows all required safety procedures. Additionally, Production Painter may paint items by hand as needed. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor/manager. May require an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. The Production Painter possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Responsibilities- Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience
- Organized, self motivated, team focused
- Quality conscious, Hard working and detail oriented
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and Social Security Card/Green Card
- Reliable transportation - must have own vehicle and equipment
- vehicle can not be wrapped with a logo
- Must carry General Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation
- $1M General Liability
- $2M Aggregate Liability
- Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check
- Knowledge of industry tools
- Willingness to learn
- Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional fashion
- Ability to handle physical workload
Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of three years of professional painting experience verifiable through references
