We are looking for someone who has basic knowledge of the trade, or who has been in the trade in the past, who enjoyed their job but is looking for a change, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for personal and professional growth, we want to hear from you.
We think about work differently! We look for people who share our core values, our passion for Craftspersonship and our drive to innovate an industry. We’re demanding, but supportive. Here’s why we’re different:
- We have a compensation package. We would be willing to start by matching your pay on a trial basis, including benefits (See Below)
- We practice the Decent Human Being Theory: we look for good people and give you all the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.
- We have a strong support system for helping you further your craft, and thus a tangible system to be able to continuously improve, with opportunities for raises based on hitting budget goals and attendance.
-We have quarterly Goal Setting and Review Meetings with you personally to chart your progress and see to it that you accomplish your goals. This is tangible, fair, and real!
-Leadership Coaching: we offer all people in this business a developing leadership coaching plan so that we can create our next generation of leaders.
- We don't slow down in the winter & offer PTO, paid holidays, paid travel and more!
PLEASE NOTE** no matter how much experience you claim to have, 10, 20 , 30 years.....we do things differently here and there WILL be a training period! This is not a great fit for someone who is not willing to humbly learn a different way of painting.
THE FUN STUFF! We are a growing company with goals to create a fun, positive work environment. We hold a yearly holiday party with plans to add more team building activities that our employees love.
