Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results. Being a Production Painter completes finishing with baking, polishing or other materials. Follows all required safety procedures. Additionally, Production Painter may paint items by hand as needed. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor/manager. May require an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. The Production Painter possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. ### Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Painter in the construction industry
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to painting
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting
- 5 plus years painting required for the position.
